How will my order be packaged?

Items are placed in a sealed bag and then vacuum sealed again before being placed in a box.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

We only ship to Canadian addresses.

How do I order?
  1. Browse through our store and add items you would like to your cart.
  2. Checkout securely and safely using Interac e-transfer.
  3. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped once PAYMENT is RECEIVED. You will have a tracking number right when we print your shipping label.
  4. If you do not send payment within 24 hours your order will regretfully be cancelled.
Can I add/edit my order?

If you would like to add or edit your order, we ask of you to make a brand new order with the correct adjustments and email us regarding your old order so we can cancel it.

Are your pictures real?

Yes, all of our images are taken by our own photographers and of our very own products. You may notice the product images changing over time to reflect new and different products.

What happens if I don’t get my package?

If you do not get your package within 3 business days of the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post.

If a trace is filed, Canada Post will start a investigation (which can take up to 5 business days to complete). If they locate the package, they will ship it to you and you will get it a few days later.

What type of shipping service do you use?

We ship every package using Canada Post Xpresspost.

Why is my tracking information not being updated?

If you are tracking your package on Canada Post’s website and it has not updated in sometime, it is most likely due to your package missing a scan, which is fairly common. Usually if you check back within 24 hours, it will be updated.

How will my order be packaged?

Your privacy is our top priority. All orders are packaged in a plain and discreet manner with no indication of the contents. All contents will be vacuum sealed and wrapped in a parcel box.

Where can I track my package?

You can track your package at the Canada Post website at www.canadapost.ca.

When will my order be shipped out?

All orders placed and payments are received by 12:00PM EST will be shipped out the same business day (Monday-Friday), otherwise the next business day.

What happens if I entered a invalid/wrong address, and the package is being returned to the sender?

In this scenario, if you entered a invalid/wrong address, the package will be re-routed back to us. In this case, you will have to pay for shipping, a flat rate fee of $25 for us to ship you out a new parcel with Canada Post Xpresspost, and also a re-stocking fee of $25 for us to receive and restock your old parcel being shipped back to us.

Please understand it is not our fault that it is being bounced back.

Please make sure you enter the correct complete address.

The other option is we offer you 50% OFF your next purchase to compensate for your loss.

What happens if my order gets lost or stolen.

If your package gets lost or stolen due to allowing the courier leaving it at your front porch or front door, we will not compensate for this matter. The only time we will compensate and send you a new order is if it gets lost or stolen during the tracking progress in Canada Post’s hands. This will result in a ‘Lost’ status when tracking it on the Canada Post website. The moment the status is ‘Delivered’, we are no longer responsible for your package.

What is your refund policy?

All items sold are final sale. We do not issue refunds.

What payment options are available?

At the moment we are only accepting Interac e-transfers. Payment instructions will be provided with your order.

We hope to implement more payment options in the future.

What if I dont send payment in for my order?

Once an order is made it will be placed on hold until we receive payment. We will keep your order on hold for up to 24 hours. If payment is not made within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled and you will have to place a new order.

If you need more than 24 hours, please don’t hesitate to give us an email at flight420shop@gmail.com, so we don’t cancel your order.

I have sent in my e-transfer payment, what happens next?

e-Transfers can take up to a couple hours to process and notify us about your pending transfer. If within a few hours we haven’t accepted your payment, don’t be alarmed. We are probably working on other orders. Orders will be processed in the order of when payment was received. All orders placed and payments are received by 12:00PM EST will be shipped out the same business day (Monday-Friday), otherwise the next business day.
